When canceling an order, the following deadlines apply. Cancellation must always be made in written form.
â—† Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the project is free of charge.
â—† If you cancel within 29-14 days before the start of the project, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total project value.
â—† If you cancel within 13-8 days before the start of the project, we will charge a cancellation fee of 75 % of the total project value.
â—† If you cancel within 7 days before the start of the project, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total project value.
