Planning is just as important for us and our models as it is for you. After the written order confirmation, our model will keep the period free for your project and cannot accept any other projects. Therefore, we would like to point out our cancellation conditions below. Thank you very much for your understanding.

When canceling an order, the following deadlines apply. Cancellation must always be made in written form.


\u25c6 Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the project is free of charge.<\/p>


\u25c6 If you cancel within 29-14 days before the start of the project, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total project value.<\/p>


\u25c6 If you cancel within 13-8 days before the start of the project, we will charge a cancellation fee of 75 % of the total project value.<\/p>
